Return Policy

At The Abbey Collection, our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Return Eligibility and Timeframe:

You may return items purchased from The Abbey store or for a refund within 15 days from one of the following dates:

  • The date of an in-store purchase.
  • The delivery date if purchased online.


Return Condition:

When returning garments, please ensure they are returned in the same condition in which they were received, including the original packaging. Garments returned in poor condition may be subject to a restocking fee.


Final Sale Items:

  • Please note that, due to health regulations, the sale of undergarments is considered final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All Sale Items Are Final


    Refund Deductions:

    Please be aware that the following charges will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount:

    Shipping charges associated with the initial purchase.

    Shipping charges associated with the returned item.

    Any Duties and Brokerage Fees incurred during the shipping process.

      Return Process:

      To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      1. Contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please have the order number ready. You can reach our customer service representatives by calling 519-326-8212 or emailing


      1. Once you have received your RA number, and shipping information, securely package the items you wish to return, including the original packaging, and clearly mark the RA number on the package.

      For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return. Please retain the tracking information for your records.

      Refund Processing:

      Upon receipt of your returned items and verification of their condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.



      In exceptional cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of our customer service team. We are dedicated to finding reasonable solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
