Returns and Exchanges In-Store & On-Line
Whether you shop in-store or online, if one of our garments fails to live up to reasonable expectations in any way, we invite you to return it. Whether we need to repair it, replace it or refund your money, we will happily do whatever is required to give satisfaction. We offer the convenience of returning and exchanging items in person. Please have your original invoice on hand to help us expedite your visit.

Please indicate on your original receipt whether you prefer a refund in your original method of payment or a store credit. For exchanges, please contact us at The Abbey to make arrangements for your new item.
When returning garments by post or courier, they should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Garments sent back in poor condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Due to health regulations, the sale of undergarments and bathing suits are final. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
